THE INN AT THE UNION CLUB OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, Victoria – Your ideal downtown stay

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were so clean, especially the washroom, and although a bit smaller than my expectation, they were very comfortable. The service was top-notch, super friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the harbor and within walking distance to many attractions. The dining was excellent with tasty, well-presented dishes. A few small downsides were the need to carry luggage up a flight of stairs and the summer crowds in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the beds were so cozy that I actually had a great night's sleep, which rarely happens on the first night of a vacation. The service was top-notch, with the staff being helpful, friendly, and providing historical insights about the area. Although the location was not the best, the heritage building and the original elevator were charming. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the tasty breakfast options. Overall, a great value for the money.

I couldn't have asked for a better location; right across from the Empress Hotel and the waterfront, at the south edge of the downtown restaurant and entertainment area. The room was beautifully furnished with excellent beds, but it wasn't quite as depicted in the photos. The service was exceptional, especially with a 5-star quality dinner and friendly staff, like Michael and Antya. The dining experience was tasty and well-presented, but with limited options. The heritage building needs some TLC, but the price is reasonable for the value.
